Spam & deliverability
Why are my emails going to spam?
Short answer: The most common reasons are missing or broken SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, sending from a new or low-reputation domain, and spam-like content or too many links.
The full answer
Start with authentication: if Gmail or Outlook can't confirm your email is really from you, it lands in spam. Run a free domain check to see which records are missing.
Next, reputation: new domains, sudden jumps in volume, and recipients marking you as spam all hurt. Send steadily and only to people who asked to hear from you.
Finally, content: avoid all-caps subject lines, lots of links, link shorteners and image-only emails, and always include a clear unsubscribe link for marketing mail.
